T3 Services Group, the Austin-based residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical platform backed by The Riverside Company, announced on September 17, 2026 that it has acquired Element Home Services. Element brings four Mountain West branches — Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Durango, Colorado; St. George, Utah; and Prescott, Arizona — into the group. With the partnership, T3 says it now includes eight partner companies across seven states. Element keeps its established brand and local leadership. Terms were not disclosed.

CEO Joe Finney cast Element as a culture-and-people fit that meaningfully expands T3’s Mountain West presence. Co-founder Jon Graham framed the partnership around grit, teamwork, and taking care of people — with T3’s resources opening the next chapter for the team and more homeowners.

Element’s four PR-named branches — Jackson Hole, WY; Durango, CO; St. George, UT; and Prescott, AZ — densify T3’s Mountain West map. Platform scale after the deal: eight partner companies across seven states. Austin remains T3 HQ; other partner metros are not pinned here.

The asset.

Element Home Services was founded in 2016 by co-founders Jon and Jaimie Graham. It has grown into a regional residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical provider with four branches spanning the Mountain West: Jackson Hole, Durango, St. George, and Prescott. The book is around-the-clock repair, maintenance, and replacement for homeowners — the classic residential break-fix and replacement mix platforms want when they densify a region rather than open a greenfield market.

The PR language keeps Element’s brand and local leadership in place as the company enters its next growth phase under T3’s shared resources.

The platform.

T3 Services Group is a multi-brand residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical group headquartered in Austin. Riverside invested in November 2020 (originally via the Radiant platform company; the group now operates as T3), and the firm’s public portfolio page still lists T3 with an add-on mandate across residential plumbing, HVAC, sewer and drain, electrical, and related home services — with emphasis on Southcentral, Southwest, Mountain, and Mid-Atlantic geographies.

Operating support sits behind the partner brands: AI and technology, marketing, recruiting, training, operations, finance, and business intelligence. The stated mission is transforming the trades while leaving local brands and teams intact. Element is the latest named partner under that model.

Mountain West multi-branch densify.

Four branches in one stroke is the structural signal. Many residential trades add-ons are single-metro tuck-ins. Element hands T3 simultaneous density across Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona — a contiguous Mountain West footprint that compounds local brand equity in ski-resort, secondary, and Sun Belt–adjacent markets in one partnership.

Location count after the deal is explicit in the release: eight partner companies and seven states. For owners watching how PE-backed residential platforms fill the map, that is a densify-and-expand move in a region Riverside’s own add-on criteria already flag as priority geography.

What it means.

Mountain West residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical owners now have a fresh data point: a Riverside-backed Austin platform is actively stacking multi-branch density in WY / CO / UT / AZ, keeping brand and leadership on, and publicly counting the platform at eight companies and seven states.

Two practical reads for owners.

First, multi-branch regional operators are in demand. A four-location book that already spans state lines is a different conversation than a single-shop metro tuck-in — and Element shows T3 will pay attention to that profile.

Second, brand-retaining partnership language remains the frame. If you run a residential trades shop in the Mountain West or an adjacent Southcentral / Southwest market, treat T3 as an active counterparty with sponsor runway and a stated appetite for the region. Know your numbers before the next inbound lands.
