Leap Partners, a Nashville-based home services company, announced its expansion into Virginia through the acquisition of 360 Plumbing Service, a full-service plumbing provider serving Richmond and the surrounding region. 360 Plumbing Service will keep its brand name, and Bob Mancino will continue to lead the company alongside his team. The asset.

360 Plumbing Service is a family-run plumbing company serving homes and businesses in the Richmond area. Its website highlights Midlothian and Chesterfield, and the company signs its customer promise from "Bob and Maria." The release calls it a top-ranked provider in the Richmond market with multiple local awards, built on master craftsmanship and customer service.

"Joining Leap Partners allows us to keep delivering the same dependable service our customers expect while opening up great new resources for our team," Mancino said, adding that Leap's support will help the company scale its operations.

The buyer.

Leap Partners is headquartered in Nashville and is assembling HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses across the Southeast. Over the last four years it has acquired 36 companies across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. It provides investment and operational support while letting local leaders run their businesses with autonomy. CEO John Cerasuolo said Bob "has built a standout business" and that Leap plans to support its next phase of growth while preserving its standards.

Local brands, central support.

Leap's model is one of the most common in residential trades right now: buy well-reviewed local brands, keep the name and the owner, and add capital, recruiting, and back-office help behind them. It works for founders who want to keep running their company but no longer want to carry every risk themselves. It also explains why the release leans so hard on reputation. For a buyer that keeps the local brand, five-star reviews and awards are part of what it is paying for.

Plumbing is a good example of why. Plumbing service is needs-driven, it repeats, and it pairs naturally with HVAC and electrical in the same households, which is how multi-trade groups like Leap grow revenue per customer after closing.

What it means.

If you own a residential plumbing, HVAC, or electrical business in the Southeast, Leap and groups like it are actively buying, including smaller, family-run companies. Before you take a call, get clear on what you want after the sale: how long you plan to stay, what role you want, and how much you care about your brand surviving. Buyers who keep the brand will weigh your reviews, your service and maintenance mix, and the team below you. We have written about why buyers pay more for service revenue.
